Unexpected pet policy surprises

The hotel's location was excellent, with numerous nearby restaurants and shops, made dining easy. The room was clean and offered a quick check-in experience.

It was disappointing to find out that pets weren't allowed in the lobby during check-out, despite being advertised as pet-friendly. It felt misleading, especially with the high fees we were charged.

Had a pet-friendly and reasonably large room with a coffee, wi-fi, and I couldn't ask for more. The staff were courteous and were always there to help. Overall great location for my purpose.
